# SendFleet Docs > SendFleet is a transactional email API with two sending modes. BYOC routes mail through > your own AWS SES account, so recipients, subjects and bodies are never written to > SendFleet's database. Shared SES routes mail through SendFleet's managed infrastructure > and adds email logs, delivery webhooks and handled bounce/complaint suppression. Same > endpoint, same JSON payload, same response shape either way. No SDK required. Contact: support@sendfleet.net · sales@sendfleet.net · security@sendfleet.net · privacy@sendfleet.net The links below are the HTML pages, which are the authority for each subject. `/llms-full.txt` carries the whole reference condensed into one plain-text file, for a short context window. SendFleet's API is a single REST endpoint: `POST https://sendfleet.net/api/send/`, authenticated with an `X-API-Key` header, one recipient per request, at least one of `message`, `html` or `attachments` required. Monthly plans run from a free 50-email BYOC tier to $59/month for 100,000 managed sends. Rate limit is 60 requests per minute per key on every plan. This file follows the llms.txt specification. It is a pointer, not a mirror: each entry below is a page, and each page is the authority. `/llms-full.txt` on the same host carries a condensed single-file version for loading into a context window. ## Guides - [Send one email](https://docs.sendfleet.net/guides/send-one-email): one request in five languages, every request field and the response shape. - [Connect your AWS SES account](https://docs.sendfleet.net/guides/byoc-iam): the role, the trust policy, what ExternalId is for, and the permissions policy. - [DNS records for SES sending](https://docs.sendfleet.net/guides/dns-records): the four record groups, the order to create them in, and the dig command for each. - [Verify webhook signatures](https://docs.sendfleet.net/guides/webhook-signatures): signature verification in five languages, and what to do with each of the eight events. ## Start here - [Docs](https://docs.sendfleet.net/): how the API is shaped, which sending mode to pick, and where every guide lives. - [Quickstart](https://docs.sendfleet.net/quickstart): six steps from a new account to a first accepted email, with cURL, Python, Node.js and PHP examples. - [Authentication](https://docs.sendfleet.net/authentication): API key format, SHA-512 hashed storage, one-time secret display, expiry, domain scoping, revocation, and the 60 req/min rate limit. ## API reference - [Send Email](https://docs.sendfleet.net/send-email): the only sending endpoint. Every request field, plain-text and HTML bodies, reply-to, up to 20 base64 attachments, BYOC versus Shared SES routing, and the full response shape. - [Current Account](https://docs.sendfleet.net/me): account identity, verification status, current plan, verified domains per mode, BYOC configuration state, and current-calendar-month usage counters. - [Error Codes](https://docs.sendfleet.net/errors): every HTTP status and machine-readable error code, what causes it, how to fix it, and whether retrying is safe. ## Sending modes - [BYOC Setup](https://docs.sendfleet.net/byoc): the `SendFleet-BYOC-Role` IAM role, the ExternalId trust condition, the eleven required SES permissions, supported regions, and domain verification in your own account. - [Shared SES](https://docs.sendfleet.net/shared-ses): the managed path with no AWS account required. What it includes, 14-day log retention, and the deliverability trade-off of a shared sender reputation. ## DNS and deliverability - [DNS Records](https://docs.sendfleet.net/dns): ownership TXT, three DKIM CNAMEs, custom MAIL FROM MX and SPF, and DMARC, with `dig` commands and troubleshooting. ## Events - [Webhooks](https://docs.sendfleet.net/webhooks): all eight delivery events, HMAC-SHA256 signature verification over the raw request body, the flat payload schema, and endpoint requirements. ## Account - [Plans and Limits](https://docs.sendfleet.net/plans): Free BYOC ($0, 50 emails), BYOC ($9, unlimited), Managed Starter ($5, 5k), Managed Growth ($15, 25k), Managed Pro ($59, 100k), plus every platform limit. - [Suppression and Suspension](https://docs.sendfleet.net/account): hard-bounce and complaint suppression, the three rolling measurement windows, what a suspension changes, and how reinstatement is reviewed. ## Elsewhere on SendFleet - [About](https://sendfleet.net/about/): what SendFleet is, and how to reach support, sales or security. - [Pricing](https://sendfleet.net/pricing/): the full plan comparison. - [Get started](https://sendfleet.net/register/): 50 BYOC emails a month, no credit card. - [Status](https://status.sendfleet.net): whether the API is up right now. - [Brand guidelines](https://brand.sendfleet.net/): logo, colour, typography and voice. ## Optional - [Full API reference as one file](https://docs.sendfleet.net/llms-full.txt): the whole reference condensed into a single file, for a short context window. - [Privacy Policy](https://sendfleet.net/privacy-policy/): what is collected, and what is deliberately never collected. - [Terms and Conditions](https://sendfleet.net/terms-and-conditions/): acceptable use, billing and the suspension policy. - [Refund Policy](https://sendfleet.net/refund-policy/): when a request qualifies and the windows that apply.
